I have used the auto repair services of Bemer Motor Cars for the past 3.5 years- since May 2011.I have a 2002 Range Rover 4.6HSE that I purchased preowned at 90,000 miles in 2007.Over the years they have repaired/replaced the following on my Range Rover 4.6HSE : ... transfer case; radiator and heater block; front drive shaft; oxygen sensor; motor mounts; brakes; radio, and air suspension system.With the exception of the air suspension system, once they repaired an item the first time, it stuck, never to give me concern again, even beyond the two year warranty.Regarding the air suspension system which is a challenge for all Range Rover owners, that too seems to finally be working properly now that the compressor and valve block have been replaced at 155,000 miles.So - for ACTUAL AUTO REPAIR, I give them a rating of 4 out of 5 starsBut - for SERVICE and Conveniences .... 5 Stars - EASY!RATING BEMER Motor Cars for Overall Service is higher. They truly deserve a rating of 5 Stars. For these reasons...Very Clean waiting area with Wi-FI ( in fact there are two waiting rooms -one a bit more quiet than the other)very clean ladies bathroomfree Coffee.. is available even in the middle of the day; a bowl full of peppermint candies at the front deskFresh Fruit ... I have observed them bring in fresh fruit bowls of pineapple; cantaloupe; mango; etc, to their mechanics in late afternoon and also serve fruit bowls to customers in the waiting area who have been there an extended length of time.They have a Shuttle Service that I have used, that will take you to local auto rental businesses and provide a discount with a couple of them OR it will even shuttle you home to wait for the repair. Jose, the driver is exceptionally nice. In fact, most all of the staff is. It is a family owned business.I have also used the Rental Cars that Bemer Motor Cars have onsite. These are usually below the rental rates for traditional car rental companies like Avis etc. ALERT! - Their gas gauges are also usually near empty so be sure and plan to swing by a gas station shortly after leaving the repair shop.Washed, Waxed, and Vacuumed. ...And finally once the repair is done and I pick up my Range Rover, it typically has been washed, waxed, and vacuumed.The two repair shops that I used for several years that had been mentioned in the Range Rover forums, didn't come even close to offering the level of services that are common at Bemer Motor Cars. No doubt, Bemer Motor Cars is not perfect, but their effort is commendable.Going forward, I have every confidence that when something breaks down in my vehicle, their crew will be able to make the correct repair and get me on the road again.

I don't know about yasuckdick's review, but I gotta tell ya.. I totally DO NOT AGREE... The current vehicle I have, I bought from them.. it was/is my *4th* vehicle from/thru them! Here's my story... Yes my 4th vehicle from them.. They have always taken care of whatever issues were in their power to help with.. which luckily for me have been very few.. considering they are used cars. As far as used car dealers.. Orlando has been a dream.. no embellishment involved in that statement. My situation with them right now is this .. My van has been Repo'd, but not after them giving me 15 months without payments. When my Fiance' came down with Cancer in Feb of 2014, they were nothing but extremely understanding.. they gave me nothing but time. They gave me a call in November last year saying that it has been a long time since I've seen them with a payment. At the time I was in PA working away from home, trying keep the lights on and the rent paid while my Girl was back here (Houston) fighting her cancer. I said that I would see them as soon as I could. I came back and found she was trying not to worry me.. She was not doing as well as she was letting on to me, while being outta town. We went north to NY where she had different Dr/Health care, and family support. Well.. we lost our Chrissy to that retched cancer. I have been lost for months. As I said, these folks were great to me!! But how much can anyone expect from a business. Maybe more contact would've helped .. but as I said .. I have been completely.. 'Completely' lost in myself. If it weren't for a *GREAT*, elderly friend (that I consider as an Uncle) to move from his Apt. home to mine so that I wouldn't lose my Apt., I would've lost everything!!Bottom line... yes, they Repo'd van, but they were soooo patient with me and gae me soooo much time, and yes, I forgot to stay in contact with them... but still... Saw a 2008 Chevrolet 3500 HD on Cars.com and called about it. I spoke with Armand and he told me about the truck and the buying process. I live in SC and they are located in Texas. I was a little apprehensive because it was so far away and I knew nothing about the dealership but I checked in to them and all of the reviews seemed very positive. The price on the truck was fantastic so I went for it. I put a 500$ down payment over the phone and bought a plane ticket for the following week. Landed in Texas and was picked up at the airport in the truck!!! Got to drive it 45 minutes back to the lot. What a great deal!!! The buying process took about an hour to fill out the paper work and now I'm the owner of a great truck at a fantastic price. Drove the truck back 1000 miles and everything in the truck was just as they described. I would recommend buying from them for sure, and I plan on buying from them again!!! I wanted to go out my way to write this review to help anyone who is apprehensive about buying a truck online. Armand and the guys at Everest Motors are very much legit!!! They will save you money by not tacking on all of the overhead expenses the big dealerships add to your vehicle. I am very pleased with my vehicle to date (put about 1500 miles on it) and I would highly recommend they guys at Everest Motors to anyone!!!
ive read all these reviews and i am sure these people are lying....ive been purchasing and paid off my vehicles at this car lot for more than 20 yrs. if they are committing fraud why have they been in business so long, obviously they are doing something right. ive always been treated with respect and i saw a review of this lady saying the secretaries look like cantineras...who cares about that!! just give ur payment and thats it..but of course we women always have to critisize the most dumbest things.also, you cant expect to drive a car without making proper payments on time duh!!! stop being so close minded..if you dont understand the contract dont sign it. any attorney will tell you that!! sometimes we hispanics want to drive nice luxury cars and not want to pay or expect the business not to repo...ive had my ups and downs and when i couldnt pay for my vehicle i gave it back!! my parents, brothers, tias have bought cars here..but then again we r responsible people..you cant expect a used car to drive like a new car. if you want that go to a new car dealership but i bet all these people who wrote these reviews are bad payers, with bad credit and many repos with other car lots. it always easier to write just one side of the story but rarely do they say the truth!!dont believe these crazy ignorant people..

I recently bought a 2002 Ford Escape from here and the check engine light cancame on less than a week later. I took the vehicle in and nothing was done at the time. A week later my temperature light came on as well as the airbag light coming on. We soon discovered a crack in the radiator which they stated would be fixed at no charge and then when it was taken in to be fixed after breaking down while my husband was on his way home from work they proceeded to tell him it was going to be $500 plus the towing fee. When the job was finally completed by them it was not properly done which lead to a belt breaking and a part melting and the water pump being bad. This accured while my husband was driving to work which lead him to not only miss work but pay $80 for a tow truck to bring it back home. The next day it was towed to a repair shop in Spring which is now charging me over a $1000. When i contacted Fredy's to advise them of the other issues they advised me that it was my problem to deal with and were very rude and obnoxious and basically told me to go to HELL. Never buy a vehicle without your own mechanic looking at it. We were not allowed to choose a vehicle we wanted as well.

I have never had a problem with service or financing weather it's in house or bank financing. They are committed to developing long term customer relationships by treating their customers with integrity. If they commit to something you don't have to worry about them not fulfilling their commitments. Whenever Itake my car in for repairs they give me a loaner of equal class . I have purchased many cars in this life time from all types of dealerships large and small and no one can compare to the (over the top) service that I have received from Amazon Motors. If they don't have the car on the lot that you want they will find it for you ...color ,year and price! I will always be a loyal customer to Amazon Motors...... I love the RED CARPET treatment!!!!!! I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE!!my car stopped a wouldn't say anything so i took to the place on a towing truck and they gave me an estamate for 1,689.23. i was really upset and down cause that to me is almost a new car. I had this car since my husband past. one of my church member told me about this place next day use my AAA to take it there and was not even feelimg that well. the gentelman meet me outside and told me he had to put it on some machine first. Then he said he would take me home at 66years old i just couldn't sit there to long. well he call same day told me that it would be 267.13 to have my baby running again. i told him what the other shop said he told me that i have maybe a few more issues minor, but i can have my baby to today. i was so happy i told my church member and she said she has been taking her car there for over 20 years. yall this will be my place until the lord take me home to my husband. i just need to say they saved me a lot of money and my husbands car that he gave me before he passed away. they just was so helpful and nice. thanks erma for sending me to them.
OMG!!!! they sell stolen cars!!! my BF hard worker, bought a car fron them in 2007 he drove it for more than 6yrs he loses his mail in registration form and takes his blue title to the courthouse with his insurance, and the request him to go get a 68A forgien form filled out by a DPS trooper and when we do they tell us we have been driving a stolen truck that was paid off by an insurance company in the state of Michigan... we go to court hopin gthis is not so and yes it sure is,,,, there go's $20248.93 cash that was paid in a period of maybe 3yrs... at the end they want us to settle with $4000.00, which we did becuase we had no choice tak e it or you get nothing.. not tust worthy folks....check your vin# on the door to match the ones on the windshiled and if you see something funn report then to: Austin TX 512-465-3000 fax your information to 512-302-2328... watch them they are not honest!!!!oh they also bought the linchon back and probably sold it so someone else for $5000.00 and a salvage title with it!!
Mr. Brown is the best dealer in town. He is very sweet and courteous and sells nothing but very high quality good running vehicles. His total approval process is 30 minutes or less. He will work with any customer and does not haggle not even the least bit. He is honest and the most fair out of all i have dealt with. I purchased a 2002 Silverado and have not had a single problem. He even offers free oil changes while the vehicle is financed through him. He is strict on missing payments but being a good sweet man i know he will work with the customer to resolve it. All his vehicles are marked down so much that he probably barely makes quota on Revenue. He is truly there for the customer. I love the man but barely know him. Please use his dealership if you have problems with credit. He does not check credit and is still very easy and wonderful. Yes I am a true customer.
