I highly discourage anyone from using Freedom Fire Protection. FFP installed the sprinkler system in my condominium complex in 2006 (new construction) and there have been problems ever since. Tenants in more than 20 units have reported that sprinkler heads leak uncontrollably. As the heads are "sealed" with an oily substance rather than water, this leaking has caused widespread damage to carpets, upholstery and furniture. After resisting the home owners association for 2 years, FFP returned and serviced the leaking heads. Not only did this not alleviate the problem, many more heads began to leak and holes were left in the ceilings around the serviced heads. As this was brought to their attention FFP stated they would not return to fix their negligence and have forced the HOA into a pending lawsuit. Steer clear of this company and its shady practices!!!
