Called on a part on Friday and had to check back every day for 6 days and start all over again because they don't have their act together.They finally got the part out and then decided they did not want to ship it in case it didn't work!Why advertise if you are unwilling to follow through with an out of town order and thanks for wasting a week of my time!
I agree with the last review. If you order something don't hold your breath waiting. Their installer knows nothing about electronics. Something as simple as a radio install you have to keep taking back for them to fix it. Don't take the gamble on having them install a car starter and you sitting on the side of the road waiting for a wrecker to take your car to the dealer to fix their mess up!
no knowledge on what they sell ,especially electronics. When you order something it takes weeks just to get them to order it. All they are concerned with is selling cars.
I was going to get some products from them so I looked them up online. Then I seen all the negative reviews. They just lost a potential customer just because of the first five reviews being really bad for them. I hope if you do visit them the service has changed for the better. Good luck.
Do not even waste your time going to this place. My husband called today and talked to the owner about two parts for my mazda 626. The man said he had them but they wouldn't work in my car because they were from a 99 and not an 00. My husband had called the mazda dealer previously and was told by them it would definitely work on my car. When my husband told him this, the guy said mazda did not know what they were talking about and proceeded to call my husband a smartass and hang up on him. My husband called back and asked to speak to him again. When he got on the phone, my husband told him we wanted the parts anyways to check them. He then blantantly refused to sell us those parts or anything else from there because he felt my husband was being a smartass. I'm sorry but this is a COMPLETE AND UTTERLY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. RIDICULOUS.
