Bill Zechman - State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife and I started using Bill Zechman at State Farm when we retired and moved back to Tennessee in the fall of 2011. We visited Carol Rutlege in the McMinnville office, and she and Bill were so patient and helpful. They have since that time answered every question and taken care of every situation that has come up for us. They are always so courteous, and it's genuine. They are both very professional and knowledgeable about their job. Of course, we've become friends and I have good things to say, but they really are the kind that would recommend you to someone else if they didn't feel they could represent you well and supply your needs. They are able to meet all your insurance needs, in my opinion, but I'm saying they are both that honest, caring and genuine that they would do that if need be. I have nothing but the highest regard for Bill and Carol!
