If I could give negative stars it would be -5. I have gotten better sets of nails done by new students in beauty school. I went to beauty school and I know how nails are supposed to look and this was, by far, the crappiest job I've ever seen. She piled the product up thick, by the cuticle, and had it too thin over the stress point. My nails were flat, the tips fanned out wider than the nail bed and one nail even sloped upward. I asked her to fix them and she said no, they were good. I told her she needed to refund my $50 then and I would go have them fixed elsewhere. She said the only way they were refunding my money, which, by the way, she stated it wouldn't be all of it, was only if they removed the nails. I didn't want the nails removed, that had just been put on, because of the damage it would do to my nails and I told her that I just wanted them done right but she continued to refuse. I wish I could include pics here! I went down the street to a place called Mac Nails and they fixed them for me. Christy Nails is a complete rip off!!!!!!!!

Went in for a pedicure ..a gift from my wife. I mainly went to get a rogue toenail worked on. When I tried to explain that to the girl at the counter, she acted like she didn't understand. After I was seated and my feet were wet, I was told I had to buy a bag of plastic tools for $2. I said I didn't want it, and she didn't know what to do. She talked to a young man working nearby, and he said, "You have to buy it." Lousy pedicure....Little girl didn't know what she was doing. The rogue nail was barely addressed, and I was charged $27 for a $25 pedicure.....Sleezy
