I got to know this company because of a Groupon offer I saw. I contacted them and offer me various deals for Spring cleaning. One of them was front porch power pressure for $550. I purchased it end of March 2017, and company agreed to schedule me sometimes in May (after I finished some remodeling). They completed other works ok. But this has been almost 2 months I tried to schedule them (some delay because of weather which I was ok with at first). But now the person in charge Amanda won't answer my messages (including on Facebook) and refuse to either refund me or schedule me. So in sum, I prepaid $550 (I have receipt) and still haven't received service not even a reply with a clean scheduled date when I contacted via 2 phone and Facebook clearly letting them know their options and the consequences. I will now file BBB claim, any reviews I can to warn other and eventually sue them small court claim. $550 is a lot of money to simply refuse refund or schedule service asap. Do NOT use them. You have been warned. Such incident has never happened to me before with any company. Sincerely.
