I'll never go there again, the owners work in the store and they are rude, dishonest and generally unpleasant. These folks will find any way they can to empty your pockets including charging to receive an email from you, tape a box and anything else they can think of.
Don't go to this UPS store. I was turned away with my package to mail. They said my return address label from the online store did not cover the weight of the box. Here is the transcription from my online chat with the store.online store.: There is no reason why UPS should not have taken that, they always bill us for the difference.Me: She turned me away or said I had to pay the differenceonline store: I will take care of this for you!online store: That should not happen, we do that all the time, we have an account with UPS>Sadly, this is the second time something like this has happend to me at this store. Been there two times to mail something and left two times with my box. Why does this shipping store exist if they don't actually mail stuff for their customers?
