I went there today to mail a package. I had a short conversation with an employee ( who had giant holes in her leggings and was generally unkept) about boxes. I asked if there were other box options. Without saying a word she picks my bag of items I am mailing off the floor, takes it to the back and I can see her packing it. She then drops one of the items. I said “ please be careful as they are all glass. She brings it back and weight it and starts giving me quotes. She tells me $15.00 is the cheapest option and then I ask her what I already know. “that’s the total?” She says “$19.99 total with the box and packaging peanuts.”I never asked her to take my glass items to the back. I never asked her to pack them. She certainly was not careful in the least. I told her I didn’t ask for any of them, I unpacked my items and I left.THIS IS A VERY COMMIN PLOY WITH BUSINESSES LIKE THIS THAT ARE NOT DOING WELL”Know that they will add fees and services without asking you. I used a different one before this that tried the same thing with me. I don’t mind paying for anything as long as I ask for it. This girl had the worst attitude from the get-go I have ever encountered and I am 52 years old. She was rude, snarky and clearly unhappy with her job.I called the place when I got home and asked who the manager was. When I discovered it was the other lady there today and she clearly saw the unproffesionalism of her employee I knew I was going to get nowhere and I would do best to warn others not to use this place. I am going to research the owner and if it is the same Elisa that runs the place then time will take care of this business eventually as she does not know how to be in the customer service businsss and will eventually go out of business.

Packages missed completely or delayed. When called there won't be any response from staff. The shipping label will be created but status says " No Tracking Status available". I heard from many others they miss the package as well, this center need to be closed as soon as possible.
You can feel the love of God when you walk through the door. From the moment you arrive, you find a church family, and a Pastor that preaches the pure Word...not manipulation from the pulpit. I see God doing great things here...they have a heart for the surrounding community.
I injured my hand in this store (cut it open on a tape dispenser) because of my own mistake and they took care of me on a professional level. Very helpful staff, incredibly kind and genuinely seemed interest in my wellbeing. Will be back for all of my postage needs!!!!
Great store and so convenient! I have used this location for many years and always have great service for color copies, overnight packages, etc.
I'll never go there again, the owners work in the store and they are rude, dishonest and generally unpleasant. These folks will find any way they can to empty your pockets including charging to receive an email from you, tape a box and anything else they can think of.
I recommend this facility 100%. I was in the store sending packages out when my baby started to act up. Since my baby is only 9 months I was obviously very frustrated. The store manager and an employee helped me with me with my baby so I could finish. Every time I go in there they are so helpful and courteous . I will continue to go there for all my shipping needs. :-)
Don't go to this UPS store. I was turned away with my package to mail. They said my return address label from the online store did not cover the weight of the box. Here is the transcription from my online chat with the store.online store.: There is no reason why UPS should not have taken that, they always bill us for the difference.Me: She turned me away or said I had to pay the differenceonline store: I will take care of this for you!online store: That should not happen, we do that all the time, we have an account with UPS>Sadly, this is the second time something like this has happend to me at this store.
