Chips and Salsa is delicious.
EL CHICO IN MCKINNEY HAS CLOSED AS OF JUNE 11, 2017.BUILDING SOLD PER ARTICLE IN MCKINNEY COMMUNITY IMPACT NEWSPAPER. I ate there June 7th and it was delicious as usual. It was my go to place for a quick, good lunch.
The food is really good here. What throws me for a loop is the fact that the staff can be really rude if you do not speak the language well. The floor workers are a little too relaxed with their job BC they stand around on cell phones and totally forget about you being at a table.
They were extremely rude and dirty. They stared at us our entire meal and were loud and obnoxious!! Wasn't worth the 15.74 we paid
Never been there and don't think i would if you kick people out of your restaurant if they don't suit your standards. People are paying your days pay! Dont lose customers for your stupidity and prejudice
This is one of the best On the Borders ive been to! excellent service, the waiters and waitresses are well trained, LOVE THE MARGARITAS :) One thing i would change is the size..
By far the worst portion size of fajita mix plate $15.99 for 4 slices of beef & 5 slices of chicken. The chicken & the grilled onions were dry & bland. The "fresh tilapia" tacos were bland. Will not recommend to anyone!
Save your money and buy a box of Ortega "make it yourself" taco kit. This is a pitiful represention of "mexican" food! There are FAR better places!
They don't allow eCigs and the food is meh! Don't bother. Go to Dos Charros.
Went here today for the first time. Was shocked when I got my food, and found out when you order a chicken fajita, the only thing they give you is chicken. They also have a sign saying chips are free. Didn't get any with my food. I was told you have to ask for them. Also, the coke out of the machine tasted funny. Didn't taste like coke. My impression of this place did not match their commercials. Will not be back. Mexican Fast food is a dime a dozen
