        Overall

        Great company to rent from! I have moved several times while in Humboldt County, so I can accurately say you can't do better than JLF. Low rent for newer construction, well-maintained apartments. Monica personally gets to know her tenants and is extremely reasonable. Everything is up to code (which is rare in Humboldt), and complaints are genuinely listened to. Ashley is a charismatic receptionist who's great at her job. I love where I live!
