I don't know if that Amanda girl is a relative or what, but WE were extremely disappointed with his services. The emails are attached for your reading. Please start at the bottom and read up.
He did file his motion to withdraw the day of the hearing. Real professional!
I will file my motion to withdraw.
Really? You send an email instead of calling? Unfortunately, She doesn't want to do this on her own. She wants to keep you. I would fire you in a second, for no back bone for the system or even to call me. You couldn't even call her last Thursday after the hearing. She received a letter saying she still needed to show up in court. So, we paid you to show up in court for an continuation, and she still has to go. But the lack of communication, except through email from your office, disturbs me the most.
If you don't feel like we are on the same page I'm happy to withdraw and you and your wife can run the hearing on Thursday. We have discussed the same issues over and over. I will draft a motion to withdraw tomorrow and your wife can sign it in court and proceed to hearing.
It doesn't matter what time you become available, I need you to call me when you get a chance, ASAP! There is too much on the line. We have paid way too much, over the years, to not be on the same page. I truly don't think you are on the same page as us. We have to feel comfortable that you will be on the same page. Right now, we are not there.
I can be reached after 8pm your time until whenever. If I don't hear from you tonight, I will call your office tomorrow until I get a hold of you.
