I did have major issues.
Within about a week I did get a call from the man who wrote the report, whom met me at my new home. He described what he had done and possible causes for the issue.

It seems the person fielding the phone had not handled this how the company would have wanted it handled. After my experience I believe them. I would suggest that anyone buying a home with a septic system have the seller empty the septic as a condition of sale.
