9/18/2018 had an alignment told everything ok. Vehicle drove worse, came back after returning from vacation with grandchildren rtnd to McDonough Tire 10/3/2018 had another alignment. Told need tires and gear box. It drove worse within minutes of leaving. Come to find out it needed ball joints . The wheel could have run off when it broke and we could have been injured. When I called they were rude and obnoxious. Filed comp better business bureau. Paid for two alignments they could not have done with bad joints. If you value you life do not go to McDonough Tire.

Went to get a new tire from this place yesterday and first the guy Richard put a used tire that was clearly patched. After I told him I came to get a new tire. About a mile down the road my tire pressure light started flashing really fast. I then pulled over looked at the tire and just so happen to notice that the tire that he put on my car was not the right size. If you want to buy and tire DO MOT BUY FRON THIS PLACE. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.
By pass this business and go somewhere else. I went in and purchased what I thought was a used tire. A few days later I realized that it was my own tire that had been inflated to keep it from going too low to trigger the indicator. I have proof and will pursue fraudulent charges. If I could give them a 0 I would. Beware.
