Would give 0 if I could. Customer service extremely lacking. I called on Wednesday to check on car availability. Told that due to Masters weekend they where very limited and might have a car by 10 am on Friday. I called back on Thursday to make arrangements for later pick up of the car at 5 pm on Friday. Explaining that I would not be the one driving the car it was for my daughter who's car was in shop. I was told that she would need to come back into office over weekend and give them her drivers license for their records. I was not told at this time that because my 33 year old daughter who was not on reservation could not pick up the car. I was already out of town and insurance closed at 5 pm. She arrived at 508. This is sorry customer service when you can not advise your client that what what explained to you was not company policy after 2 phone calls and could have been corrected easily before hand. Never again from Enterprise. This is my second issue with them.

I have rented from this location in the past. I travel for work so I rent a car twice a month on average. I have had a couple of occasions where I reserved a car but they had no cars available and they offered no other assistance to help me secure a car at another location. Most recently I rented a car and left my personal belongings in the car. Since I dropped the car off right before closing I called promptly the next morning to let them know I would be picking my property up. The person I spoke to said they would have a manager call me back but never did. To make a long story short after several phone calls they said they could not find it. the bottom line is someone kept my belongings! I will definitely take my business elsewhere!
I rent from Enterprise because of their weekend hours, they are reccomended by my insurance and their prime location, but the last two times I have tried to pick up my reservation, placed 2-3 days in advance, my vehicle was not ready and I had to wait. One vehicle was from out of state and was in the process of having an oil change and its tires rotated. I stand behind the name because I've neve had problems before, but things like this make me a little wary.
Good Service, young staff with not that much experience, they need to understand that when dealing with customers who have been renting with Enterprise knows a lot more about what they can and can not do. They don't offer discounts to value customers, not sure if they have been given those rights, some have given out cards with a discount on it. maybe it has change, not sure. This is a good group of young people. Manager needs advise them to look at customers history and see that they are not dealing with someone for the first time and doesn't know what's going on. Been dealing with Enterprise since 1998.
