I dropped off a pair of glasses for repair. Upon return I was satisfied with the work performed. Unfortunately, when I got to my car I noticed one of the decals was missing at which point I promptly returned and spoke with Mr Grey the owner who assured me he would go through his channels for a replacement decal. After weeks of giving me the runaround and not returning my call like he said he would all he could come up with is, "I don't know what to do at this point." He did not did not offer a refund nor a discount on the next visit to save face. They offer no warranty on the work performed so you have to cross your fingers and hope for the best. I would not recommend this establishment to a friend.
I dropped my watch off to have a battery installed on July 1, 2016. Today (July 13th) I returned to pick up my watch. Mr. Gray emerge from the back of the store with my watch and informed me that he had not set the watch or calibrated it. The watch is a waterproof fitness watch. The manufacturer recommendation that the battery be replaced by a professional to guarantee it is done correctly and that the watch remains waterproof. I told him this was bad customer service. He replied " 20 minutes and a cup of tea". Not understanding what he was saying I said excuse me. Confused I told him I don't understand what he is saying to which he replied, "then it should take you 20 minutes and a cup of tea to do it yourself". I looked at him and said, "is this the type of customer service you provide now." He offered no apology for having inconvenienced me or blatantly lied about the service he would provide. Needless to say, I will never do business with Mr. Gray again.
