I worked at Chase about 13 yrs ago when they were called Washington Mutual (that was before Chase bought them out). Customer service was customer service back then. We went through 8 months of training before we started working at the branch to ensure we were thoroughly knowledgeable of ALL of the products offered. I find myself at the mercy of someone who has the attention span and knowledge of a 3 year old. I went to this branch today for a simple address change. Due to sitting there, unacknowledged for almost 30 mins, I called the toll free number and resolved it myself. So sad the times we live in now. Smh. This was my 3rd time in there experiencing bad service. I tried the 1st 2 times to just give them the benefit of the doubt. But come on, really ??? GET IT TOGETHER! YOU'RE NOT A MONOPOLY!
