The drivers do a good transporting the patients, but the company lied to us about not being able to take the patients all the way to the doctor's offices at Emory Midtown Atlanta. They told us they weren't allowed to park there, so someone would have to meet the driver at the hospital in order to get the patient to the doctor's office. After talking to the hospital, I found out that wasn't the case. They just didn't want to do it. They were getting full pay, but didn't want to do their full job. It's frustrating to have to leave your job or whatever you're doing just to have to take your loved one to their appointment when you're paying for a service to do just that. Where did the days go where people just did their jobs?
