If it was possible to rate Dr. Austin and his staff higher than 5 stars I would do it. While visiting McComb for business I developed a case of Asthmatic Bronchitis starting on Monday. I unsuccessfully tried to treat it with over the counter cough & flue medicine. By Friday My cough and sore throat were full blown. I was referred to Dr Austin by the manager of the local CVS. I limped into his office late Friday afternoon hoping to get an appointment the following week. The receptionist was fantastic and showed real concern for my situation. She was able to work my in and I saw the doctor within 1 hour. The Dr. Austin's diagnosis and treatment was spot on. Today is Monday and I am feeling much better almost fully recovered. I cannot thank Dr Austin and his staff enough for the fine service and treament

Dr Austin is an excellent doctor , however the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional . Customer service was very poor and would not recommend based on poor service by the support staff .

Dr Austin is a good Dr but I would not recommend using this clinic I had a good experience with my visit but their billing office need a lot of work if they want to stay open and not get reported
