If there could be a lower rating than this I would not hesitate on putting it. The food portion was small & the tip percentage was high. If you are looking to spend money on a meal without flavor, this is the place to go.

Not sure about the experience of the other reviewers but we had an EXCELLENT experience. We ordered two cakes for my daughter's quinceanera and they were both moist and delicious. Even the leftovers were good days later. I highly recommend.

Once again I get all the way home only to find they screwed up th order again! This is like the 6th or 7th time in the last year that they messed up my order! Pretty pathetic when you can't even make a simple order of tacos correctly. The itemized receipt was correct, what was in the bags though was not! They never seem to have a problem charging the correct amount for your order, filling the order correctly seems to be dificult for them though. Only way to fix this problem is stop going there & I would suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe that would finally teach them a leason!
Bad service from both waiter and owner. This coming from a simple person who doesn't complain. I found a hair baked into my food, and hey I understand and still willing to pay, but the response from the restaurant staff was cold and insincere. Lack customer service skills.
They denied access to a wounded veteran accompanied by his service animal. They asked him and his dog to leave. It's the LAW to allow access. When he called for help, the owner used foul language with those who were also upset. This is no way to thank our wounded vets or to run a business! Besides, the food isn't all that great anyway... B- at best.
In all my 30 years of living in the valley I have never had a bad tamale. Well El pato changed that for me. I ordered 2 dozen pork tamales. They only had 1 dozen. Thank god, because they were horrible!!!! so dry I can not even swallow them. And when I got them they were cold. The only reason I went there is because DALIAS was closed. I will never get tamales from El pato again. DISGUSTING!!!!!

This place needs to take pride in their work. They get orders wrong, even when they repeat the order back to you correctly, and I don't know about you, but I don't relish parking and opening up every pato wrapper to make sure they got the order right.As bad as that is, try being accused of being a liar when simply trying to notify them as opposed to asking for a refund. It seems avoiding responsibility is more important than treating your customers right.
