This place has the most rude employees. Don't go to this place. In fact, don't get a membership if you live in S. Texas because the locations are poorly run and if you have a problem, they don't know or won't try to solve it. I have been a member for years, but no more. I'm disgusted with their overall treatment, especially this Lari person at 10th street Las Fuentes location. They sold me a gift card which I gave to my daughter, then let someone named Kiki walk in and verbally use the card number. Lari told me, "It's not my fault. I wasn't working here when you bought the card." As if that's how to resolve it. I put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent practices. Turns out their own corporate office put a stop to "verbal" gift card numbers back in 2012, but apparently, Las Fuentes location didn't get the memo.

i went to a Mobile Massage pro instead. Not only was the massage awesome, but the massage therapist goes to your home and does it there. very professional.

Horrible place ever! Let me start off by saying this, don't spend your money or waste your time here! It sucks. Is rather have my five year old pound on my back. Another thing the manager is never there. Everytime I call complaining to them that they have over charged me they come up with a bogus excuse. Next off the girls in the front are so unprofessional. I can say something about each one of them. There's a girl with tacky purple hair who is very rude and always seems pissed the hell off. There's a little short girl who is always eating and never knows what's going on and last but not least there's a girl named lari or Larissa or whatever her name is. Yeah she is the one I can't stand the most. I'm sorry your suppose to be professional at least brush your hair and cover your cleavage. Those girls in the front never do anything. I always have seen them on their phones or in that dumb office just talking. U would think their business is much more important. I liked this place when a lady named Karina worked. She was such a sweet heart and always attended me right. Next thing to hit off is the place overall. It's always so dusty. They should try to clean it or dust it often. The restrooms are not as clean as they should be. Renown to my massage. It wasn't all that great I had some twig like white colored guy who had this weird laugh and wos t be quiet. I didn't get to enjoy my massage. I liked my old masseuse Chris. But like any others they always end up quitting or are booked all the time. Over all a horrible experience with them. I bet their still charging me!!!' What a shame!!! Don't go here!!!

I joined Message Envy in Pittsburgh, Pa. I've been a member since 2008. Due to my line of work I've had to move, to Connecticut, Houston and now McAllen Tx. I had never experienced such bad customer service as I have here in McAllen Tx. I've been overcharged, told I can cancel my account, been unable to speak to anyone that could answer questions, had my account put on hold due to an error on their computer system... Unable to make my appointments. I am just so disgusted with this franchise owner and honestly do not know how they stay in business. This is the worst franchisee and think that their main office needs to investigate how they represent this brand. I am disgusted with this operation and highly recommend that you think twice before getting a membership.

Horrible Business!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to Massage Envy off North 10th St because my boyfriend purchased a gift card for me. First, they tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, which I wasn't told why but I still arrived early. They have you fill out a pointless survey. I say pointless because they did not take anything into consideration of what I stated in the paperwork. Second, the appointment started over half an hour after I arrived even though I had a set time. Third, the girl who gave me my massage talked throughout the entire massage! I maybe said two things with a few "yeahs" and "mmhmms" hoping she would get the point. Fourth, not only did my massage start 15 minutes late but it also ended a few minutes early. I had an appointment for an hour. When I brought it to the girl's attention, she shrugged it off. And lastly, the massage was not good at all. Point of this rant is.. Stay clear from this place! My top recommendation is Massage Therapy off Nolana! That's a business worth spending money on.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE YEAR

I sent this letter to owner Paul Grindstaff on Jan the 27th no response yet so sent it to corporate office, no response either. this is the letter that i sent them. Hi I am not sure if you spoke to Elvia in regards to incident that occured at your office in Mcallen. I would like you to know what happened and that I want to cancel my account for that reason. I went on the 25th of Jan 2010 and as I left I used my credit card (as I always do) to pay for tip. Upon doing that Daisy informed me that massage was not due till 26th and that she could change date to 25th. I told her that they should have informed me when I made appt. Anyways somehow she charged my credit card for the month plus tip. I told her that card on file should have been charged and when she tried to reverse it couldnt. She then argued with me that she didnt charge my card and I showed her the receipt with my card # on it. She just didnt get it. I got more upset because I knew I did not have enough money on that card to cover what she charged n that it owuld overdraft my account which it did. She then called Elvia to correct it and tried n tried to explain it to her n correct it n couldnt so I asked to speak to her. Elvia informed me that she would have to go into different account and that would have to been done next day and for me to leave my credit number. No way I was going to do that and leave my info with Daisy. She then stated that she would call someone who lived close by. So ten min later Monica shows up, obviously upset, came on to office glanced over at me and went to office. Then Daisy went in n they were talking, I waited, then I got up and went in, they didnt acknowledge me so I asked whats the delay daisy started again to explain. Monica did the refund gave me receipt and Daisy was still talking and saying she didnt charge me and showing Monica how she had done transaction. I was beyond upset at this point. Im sorry is a damn idiot. I told them that they had t figure things out and I left. Upon leaving I asked Megan, who apoligized for everything, who was the manager, she said it was Monica. I told her she didnt even apoligize to me. I was livid left extremely upset. It was 7:15 pm. I was delayed getting home making dinner n picking up kids. I called Megan back and asked who was owner she told me you but couldnt get me email. I cried on the phone with her cuz I was so upset at what happend and that Monica acted the way she did. Then I got a call from Elvia who apoligized and said that she was going to office to see what happened and figure things out. She called me again yesterday n apoligized and stated that you were in the office n would speak to you in regards to this. I told her that I felt I should not even be charged for the massage I went in the to destress and came out worse. I checked my account today and no credit yet and to top it off Daisy charged me for the massage plus the tip twice so a total of $65 was charged. Please email or call me with a response to this problem with your Mcallen office.
