I have had the misfortune of visiting this office.I was forced due to scheduling and urgent need of a new prescription.I asked for an appointment and the clerk let me know that their business specialized in walk-ins.I was told the current wait was 2 hours.After filling out all the necessary forms and providing my insurance details;I was invited to wait in the mall and I would be called to my cell phone when ready.The doctor himself was quite good and very helpful.Before I received my new contacts I was told that I had to pay for the visit.I asked at the onset of the visit if my insurance covered the visit 100% and was told it was.Now when I am blind to the world they want me to pay over $100.

Later when I needed a new set of contacts I go to a local retailer to find out that the prescription I was given was not filled out completely.When I called the office they admitted to the mistake.I asked them to fax the corrected document. "we close in 4 minutes sir" so now I'm stuck.
