We offer low-cost to free family planning and preventive health care in clinics throughout Hidalgo County. We can help qualified candidates apply for free services through the Texas Women's Health Program and other state or federal programs.

Access Esperanza Clinics provides confidential family planning and preventive health care for women and men. We can help you apply to programs for free services to low-cost services. We offer physical exams, breast exams, Pap tests, family planning counseling, STD testing/treatment, HIV testing, screenings and basic management of diabetes, cholesterol, anemia, asthma, and thyroid conditions.
