CellularOne left MT in August 2014. I paid my last bill and received a notice that I had a credit of $55.48. I am still waiting for my refund. I have made 5 calls over the last 16 months and still not received my money. I'm interested in the fact that CellOne had no problem getting my monthly bills to me at the exact same address that I would like to have my refund sent. I don't appreciate being continuously lied to by so many CellOne employees for such a long time. If I had owed this company money, I would have been sent to collections a very long time ago. I have no respect for this company or the way that they do business. If there were negative stars I would be rating them with those. Since there isn't & I'm required to choose something, I will use the lowest rating possible. Please know that one star is entirely too high. This company blows when it comes to customer service.
For screen repair , its an ok job but dont expect it to work flawlessly , my phone hits the back button when i squeeze it, and one buttons sensitivity is higher than the other galaxy s5 , dissapointed especially paying 240$ for it
My husband and I came to this store to flash my husbands Evo and swap the phone onto his existing cricket line. The representative had no idea how to flash the phone, my husband had to tell them how to use the software. Then with out asking they added a new line onto our account. So when we explained what we wanted the manager was very unprofessional about the situation. She was very rude. Then to top it all off we the phone didn't even work correctly. We had to pay someone else to fix it.
