Loved this place. I love that the owner" Carmen", I believe that is her name.Always is at reception to receive pets and pays attention to what my babies and mother laws pups need as well. Very thorough as my mother in laws pups have skin conditions and in there older years. She also took time to post take pictures and send to me as well when they were ready. Very happy with service. Dog bather also did a great job my elderly cat smell so good and wash brushed very well!

Beware of this place! If you care for your dog at least a little bit do not take it there. I dropped off my, they didnt even ask for her vacines, asking for the owner to groom my dog. When I go back to pick her up I find out that someone who did not know what they were doing had groomed her. Not only was her hair cut a mess, she was bleeding all over the floor the floor. They butchered her nails. I dont know how anybody coud give them 5 stars, must be the owner and people that left the reviews. If I could I would not even give them pne star.

I used to take my cocker spaniel to petsmart which was the better of all places in town after trying 3 or 4 different places and one day I got a coupon for this place so i decided to give it a try. Well it was so impressed. The staff is so friendly. I got in there without an appointment and I thought it would take hours like in pet smart where they leave ur mascot in a cage for a long long time. Instead they called me within the hour that they where working on him and asked me what cut did i preferred and that he was behaving really good. 30 min later he was ready!!! I picked brownie up and he looked amazing!! They even put this geourgeous hot orange bow, so in season, that just made him glow. One of the staff member told me he had a lot of residue in his ears and offer to clean it every 2 weeks for a very reasonable price. I really recommend this place. Very professional. Love it!!!
This is one of the best businesses in the Valley for pets. Their staff is great and they know each pet by name. You will not regret taking your pet to Doggie Express!
