This place is the worst filled with the worst humanity has to offer. Stay away from this place. Put money down for a dress so they could hold it. Called 2 days later and told them i wasn't going to take the dress and that I would like my money back they advised I could have it or use it as in store credit. Went 2 weeks later the woman i spoke with 'Yolanda' told me that they could not do the exchange and that they need to get the manager there. After 2 hours of waiting the manager walked in like the big bad wolf and immediately went on to explain they I lost and forfeited my money as I did not make a second payment. I told her that the woman Yolanda told me over the phone and she went on to say they have lots of girls who lose their money there because they don't get it in writing and that it was a life lesson. This is seriously what happened. Brides be warned about this business.
I Love, Love, Love Maripoza Boutique's new location (corner of Tenth and Martin). The decor is so Unique and you feel like you just stepped in to a fabulous boutique in Austin, LA or Soho. Their customer service is exceptional. They not only treat you like family, but they offer you wine, chilled Evian and champs while you shop! Everyone should visit this gem located in McAllen, Texas. It's the perfect place to find a gift for you or a friend!!
This is a fabulous store with great items and superb customer service! The owner and her employees are amazing. Ignore the negative review from rsandoval. I was there on the day she mentioned, and she was the only who was rude. In fact, she was rude and obnoxious to everyone, especially her child. I can't imagine anyone would be so rude to her own daughter. Shame on her for lying and for being so rude!
What a great place to shop in the RGV! I've had nothing but great shopping experiences every single time I've been there to shop. It has such a warm and friendly ambiance that you want to keep coming back. Congratulations on the new location and thank you for thinking of all the different types of people when shopping for products to offer your customers. Your boutique is unique and that is what makes it stand out from all the others.
Have you ever walked into a store and felt snubbed by personnel? Well this was my case by the owner. I reached out to her and sent her a private message: After having been told what a great little boutique this place was I decided to try it out and loved it. My daughters and I really like unique pieces and I don't think there are enough boutiques in the valley. Anyway, I first went to old location looking for something for my daughters bday, and I found a lot of things she'd like, about $400 in things. The second time I went, I took my daughter so she could see for herself, we made a $250 purchase. The third time I went in, it was the owner's bday and I went it to purchase some leggings. The leggings were about $15. This time the owner wasn't too nice. Miniature RGV cupcakes were being offered because of the owners bday and it wasn't until check out that the owner hesitantly offered by daughter one after my daughter noticed them. My daughter politely declined to accept one. My point is this, the owner (not the girls working) customer service is AWFUL. She didn't remember me spending over $600 the previous few weeks, but had her nose up in the air when I went to purchase $15 leggings (leggings that i purchased for the second time, because the 1st pair had a hole, but decided not to make an issue of it). Im very vocal and express when service is not up to par, and you are an example of this. You've lost a customer due to your crappy customer service. I will not go public, because I don't intend to ruin your business, but If asked I will say, you all discriminate. Change your approach to customers regardless of purchase amount and I guarantee you'll be more successful. Just some feedback from a merchant/consumer. I will stick with Francescas and or driving to SA but refuse to ever spend a single penny at your store again. Much success ladies.
