The Panasonic Product Support Department seems confused... they want to charge me $60 - 80 to only replace (they no longer repair) a discontinued cordless telephone with 2 Handsets. Panasonic then wants to charge me an additional $10 to tell me which Panasonic postal address I need to send the original KXTG5422 Base/Handset with shipping costs at my expense.Panasonic Online Chat Support briefly worked with me online and said my KXTG5422 Base and matched Handsets are locked in for Registration and cannot be re-registered or reset. CHAT Support said I should send Base/Handset to the Panasonic Service Center in McAllen TX for repair or replacement, could not provide estimated pricing, could not find the Service Center address or if an RMA# was required, and told me to call Panasonic Customer Support for more info. (800) 205-PANA Tech Support refused to give me the Panasonic Service Center address in McAllen Texas unless I paid a non-refundable $10 - even though they did not provide any Tech Support services to me.I checked the Internet and found Panasonic Service Center in McAllen, TX at 956-683-2930 and called them. They said 1.) no RMA# required, 2.) the KXTG5422 set was no longer supported or sold at Retail Stores, so repairs are not possible, and 3.) The cost of KXTG5422 Base and Handset replacement is $60 to $80 USD.It seems to me there should be better and less expensive ways for Panasonic to reset and test the KXTG5422 Base and Handset. Trashing this Panasonic Cordless Telephone Base/Handset combo instead of fixing it is wasteful on Panasonic's part and not friendly to the environment. I am still looking for info on KXTG5422 Base/Handset testing and possible repairs...

Great service and friendly staff. Like shopping there and highly recommend it. Selection is limited because its not a retail store but still find good items for great prices.
I bought a new Panasonic FZ300 camera for $600 in June 2016. The zoom function was defective so I sent it in for warranty "repairs". Weeks later it was returned with the lens cap missing, greasy fingerprints all over the lens and the factory box smashed on one end and it was still defective. Now they have it again with no firm date as to when I will get it back and, of course, no guarantee that it will be fixed this time. It is now five months that I have been without the use of this camera. The lady who answers the phone is very patient and polite but she has a hopeless job if she is trying to represent this so-called "repair" facility.
Had to call a couple of times about servicing my camera. They answered every time with info to share. Not sure why everyones is having issues. Call the right number... as of 12-14-15 the number was 956-683-2930
NO STARS. After 11 phone calls to 7 numbers, I hear that I have to mail in the DVD combo unit to find out if they have the parts in stock. If they do not, I pay $45, plus shipping costs. I told them I need a video control board, but they claim to be ignorant of all facts until I mail in the unit. This looks like a scam and a ripoff, rolled into one. Any company that cannot support their products deserves not to sell any,
If I could give no starts I would, I sent my Panasonic camcorder to factory service back in August of 2014. They said their facility was moving so they sent the camera back to me and said I would have to send back to new address which I did in January of 2015. We are now in May of 2015 and after calling them 5 times they still do not know anything about my repair... I would suggest not to purchase their product since you will have no luck in service or support.
Had an e-bay Vendor sell their (Panasonic re-newal Center) goods (direct ship from them) as brand new. What a joke. They don't even answer the phone. Buyer beware and watch out for e-bay scams. They obviously sell to this e-bay seller. Great way to get second hand merchandise out of their warehouse and into the consumers but fraudulently!
they suck... utterly nonresponsive
They offer the best prices and costumer service than any other repair shop around my galaxy screen was unusable but now looks great just as new...
Lazy squad should be more like it my girl friend accidentally sat on her Toshiba laptop and broke the LCD screen and the disk drive to make along story short we took it to geek sqaud and the look at and were like "nope theres nothing you can do it busted might as well buy a brand new one it will cost you just as much to fix it about 700 to 800 bucks". So i ask him well can you just fix the LCD why do you have to replace the whole thing and he still insisted it would cost a lot and he thought we were better off buying a new one my girlfriend was devastated she had just bought the laptop 3 months prior not wanting to just give it up and get a new one i did research on the web and found the LCD for 95 Dollars and the disk drive for 79 dollars they even had instructions on how to take care of the problem at home on my own not im not all that computer savvy but i was able to fix it on my own for less that 200 dollars im not saying that this is for everyone but if a place that is supposed to know about computers and technology wouldnt they know that we could have still fix our prob rather that just telling us to buy a new one my advise look else where any where besides here.
