This just made the third and last pizza I get from papa johns when I ask for light sauce that's what I expect not sauce falling out from under the cheese for 20.53 I could have gotten three way mart pizzas when I pay that much for one freaking pizza I sure as heck expect better than that
Wow, I am very disappointed. I have been a fan of Papa Johns in the past but I guess there is a larger variance from franchise to franchise than I had anticipated. I used the online service to order my pizza today. I paid the driver and tipped him 5 dollars and was looking forward to enjoying diner. When I opened the box the sauces, even the ones I was charged for, were missing so I ran out to the driver to get them. I was informed by the driver that he didn't have any, they are only available on request and if they did not send them there was nothing he could do. I called the location and they said they would send the sauces back out with the driver. I began to serve the pizza to my family and found it to be cold and the desert was cold and hard as if it had been made much earlier in the day. I called the location again to inform them that I was not satisfied and wanted a refund. I was told that the driver had already dropped the money for the order so I would have to go to the location to get my refund. I met the driver as I was leaving to return the pizza and informed him the pizza was cold and I was returning it. He gave me the sauces anyway and then left the front of my home in a very unsafe manner at a high speed. When I arrived at the location I was never offered an apology for my wasted time and no effort was made to fix the problem the only responses I received from the staff were "K" and " there ya go". While I am displeased with the quality of the food and service, I understand that franchisees are not always aware of the actions of their staff. I hope this shines a light on a problem while it is still at a fixable point. I own 2 franchises myself and would want to be made aware if the quality of my product and the service being provided were so poor. I sincerely hope these issues can be resolved and this location can be brought up to the standards I have experienced in locations that are operated to franchise standards.
