About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Personally, I feel the food is way overpriced. $12.13+ a 2.00tip was too expensive for a breakfast. I won't be back.

Worst Experience EVER at a restaurant! I will never be back and I will let everyone I know in person and ONLINEWhile in the restaurant the staff was standing around while one was on the phone talking loudly about the owner firing the entire staff due to a PREVIOUS guest complaint! When I approached the staff about how inappropriate the conversation was while there were customers in the restaurant, I was cussed out and told not to come back and " to get my ASS out of there you BITCH" I was so mad but I left and waited until I had calmed down and decided to call in to speak with the manager or owner. When the "Manager" got on I started to explain what had happened while myself, husband and 6 year old daughter were eating there. She informed me that I should have never butted in to what they were talking about. I then explained how inappropriate it is for there staff to cuss at a paying customer, she cut me off and said... @

Pros:Good food, good drinks, nice waiters.Cons:Wait time, loud, crowded.I've heard mixed reviews, but this Chili's has been good to me so far. The worst part by far is how loud it gets at times.

It's nice enough to visit for ...

It's nice enough to visit for the decor alone. When the prices aren't shown for an item on the menu though - DO NOT ORDER IT! The desserts are apparently $5 or so per sliver they serve you & the pizza... another couple ordered that & were shocked at their prices!OUR experience, besides the over priced desserts, was that we were served burnt french toast & when we asked about it, the waitress said 'that how we serve it as that's how the cook makes it' and then 'if you want it refired, we have to charge you for both orders'. We did NOT make the mistake, they did! And they are going to charge us???20 minutes after we ate the burnt offerings, our neice came in & requested the french toast but added, 'and I don't want it burnt' - shortly after that the waitress came over & made a point of scratching off french toast part of our breakfast ONLY, not the stuff that came with it (was fine by us, but to make a huge point of it???).The coffee was prepackaged & a bit weak. She was the ONLY waitress on duty for the Saturday morning breakfast rush, someone else came in around 10am. She was a bit short at times with people as she was overworked. Will never go back, and as it's the nearest place to eat to the Happy Days Hotel, we won't be returning there because we want food near by & will be doing business in McAlester for the next month or so. Definitely deterring our friends & employees from eating there as well.
