Vivia

I have been a client of Vivia for at least three years, and am very satisfied with the services I have received. I find the reception area very welcoming with candles, lots to read, comfortable chairs & complimentary coffee/tea/water. I can tell a lot of thought went into designing the area to be soothing. There is a clipboard to sign in, and generally there is a lot of activity at the front desk. I have always been welcomed with a smile & hello, and if they are crazy busy, I have still received a little wave/smile.



Sometimes I have only waited 5 minutes and other times I have had to wait longer. Just like going to any other appointment, Vivia relies on customers being on time. I have been there when people come rushing in late. It's frustrating because it does throw off their schedule. It happens everywhere & Vivia staff do try to make it work.



Every treatment room I have been in is always clean, sterile and spacious. When I am waiting for the numbing cream to take effect, I am offered magazines & something to drink.



I accidently missed my vein treatment this past Tuesday, and they could not have been more understanding. I was worked in the next day.



I am completely satisfied with the last of my three vein treatments. Yes, it may hurt a bit, but the numbing cream and ice pack minimize the pain. Some areas are just more sensitive, and Farah, the technician, is gentile & kind and fast!!! I am very satisfied with the results.



I have also had the laser hair treatments on my lip area & chin. Four treatments seemed to take care of those areas and every now & then a hair will grow in, but otherwise it worked like a charm.



I would recommend Vivia to any of my friends. My daughters have both received the acne treatments/ facials & it has really helped them.



Vivia does work with the groupon offers which make a lot of the treatments more affordable for those of us with limited budgets. It also creates a lot of activity, so be patient if you cannot get through. Just call back.



Overall, I could not be happier with my experiences at Vivia.

I really liked Vivia Center! The treatment was quick but the technician explained to me that the technology they have at Vivia is new so the face only needs one pass. After the treatment, the technician put on a calming cream and a sunblock. My face felt a little hot after which was what I had felt with my first photo facial I had at another med spa. I noticed after the first session a difference in my sun spots and overall discolorations. The office has tons of free parking, a very nice and welcoming staff and I was thrilled with the results. I am looking forward to my next two sessions and Vivia!

Vivia is wonderful!!! Dr. Feisee has been doing my injections for 7 years and she is amazing. Farah has treated my unsightly leg veins and sundamage and my skin looks 20 years younger. They are so warm and professional and make the whole experience that much better. All of my many questions are always answered, and I feel a lot more confident and young when I leave. The office is very nice and Savannah, the office manager is wonderful. She has been there since I have been going to Vivia and she has even contacted me on her day off to get me in before a special event. I will .absolutely be a client for life.
