excellent service from start to finish. they really wanted to help me get into the car i wanted. i did notice that the pinstripe and door guards were missing, and all it took was a quick phone call and they made sure everything was good to go in about 20 minutes. overall it was an excellent experience. highly recommend this location

Let me first start by saying, I have gone here twice, and both times with a certain price in mind and model. Both times the salesman, in '09 and then again yesterday, (Tom) '15, were very knowledgeable, patient and willing to help. They were not the problem.



I had apparently forgotten, or not learned my lesson with the managing crew of my previous stint. Both times I have been there; I left without making a deal and asking for my keys back. Both times, I remember the sales manager coming out with a completely unreasonable and way undervalued trade in value on my car with less than 90k in miles and 2500 under Kelly blue book value. They also were unwilling to budge on price of SUV that, once again was over inflated by 4k over Kelly blue book value. When trying to actually negotiate, I was met with resistance to the effect of how much it cost to have it detailed, the cost of keeping the lights on and the doors open, the salesman cut. None of these being my problem in any shape, form or fashion. The sales manager was the same both times, seemed to me that he was operation under the delusion that he was doing me a favor and seemed apathetic and indifferent in trying to reach a deal. I now remember why I took my business elsewhere and received the deal more to my liking.

I want to state, this car dealer concerns me for where it is, I'm savvy enough to do my research, to look how much the value of something is to see if I’m getting a fair deal. This area is mostly rural and populated by the elderly who may not have access to the same resources. If your parents or grandparents go there, please make them aware that they operate under the same good ole boy tactics of yesteryears. Hold on I'll be right back, i have to check with the manager, I’ll fight for you. I’ll make that work, and if you sign for a way overpriced vehicle today, I’ll secure a great payment option and throw in a toaster oven, a smile, a smack on the bottom and feeling that your pride, your well-being and your general faith in humanity will be destroyed.



Avoid at all costs.

I've had great service experience on my used car the past couple of years. Finally decided to buy a new one, went to Stanley first, but decided to shop around. They asked me to bring them any deals I found and told me they would beat it. I came back without finding a better deal. Really felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Thanks Stanley!
