I've been visiting this bike and skate shop for 14+ years. I've bought items from brakes, wheels, handlebars, seats, locks, complete bikes to skateboard parts from the owner. The product selection is wide, considering it is a small shop. His prices for products and services are reasonable. He has a wide selection of complete bicycles for sale, as well. He's not a talker except when dealing with services or products. He always takes time to attend customers. He's extremely knowledgeable and his hands can be trusted to treat your bicycle or skateboard with care.Notes:A few cons of the shop is that the owner has always had dim lighting. I don't know why, but he had it at his old shop. It might be the lack of open windows. He has a hole-in-the-wall shop. Still, it's not a big issue.Sometimes he has a relative or friend work the counter while he works on repairs. They're not as knowledgeable but still helpful.Don't leave your bikes unattended outside his shop without a lock. A friend had his stolen while we shopped when we were 12. This isn't against his store but against the neighborhood. The owner moved his shop from Slauson to Atlantic, in case anyone was wondering. It used to be in front of the post office. Now it's in front of a three or four story building.
