This is more a review of our dress associate, Tara, than the store itself. My friend and I walked in without an appointment to look at a few wedding dresses for my wedding coming up this spring. I made it clear from the beginning that I was simply there to check out dress styles and would not be buying a dress that day.Tara was extremely helpful, bringing me a variety of dress styles and listening to my likes and dislikes of each dress. I must have tried on a over dozen dress styles in which she was very happy to help me with. I was able to narrow it down to 3 specific dresses that she placed on my wish list. I have gone to other David Bridal's shops where the salespeople were very pushy and rude that I would likely not be purchasing a dress that day, but Tara truly cared about my needs.Seriously, thank you so much Tara!!!
I went there to get a dress for prom, which is no easy task for me. The lady was extremely pleasant, helpful, and patient, despite my indecision. She didn't mind helping me, even when I felt like I was taking too long. They didn't have my favorite in stock (I'd seen it at another location), but they were able to order it, and it came in only 4 days. Highly recommend for service and personnel. Their selection wasn't the best, but I don't fault them for that, being as it's the end of prom season.
Do NOT use their Photographer!! $1600.00 and not a SINGLE photo of the grooms family!!! NONE! Bride and groom with his parents? NOPE, Groom with his siblings who were all in the bridal party? NOPE. The grooms family together? NOPEWell you can't ever get that back. If it was our job to ask for family shots, trust me, there is too much going on to remember.
