Once they sell you the camper, they don't care about you anymore. The new camper we bought was defective. The return vent for the ac wasn't taped properly and was sold to us that way. The third day of camping froze up the ac. They charged us the service charge and mileage when they came to the site to fix the problem. I truly believe they should have been honorable and not charged us. I hope the $100 was worth the cost of a repeat costumer. I will go with Youngblood's RV from now on.
