I called in and talked to a salesman on a Thursday afternoon and was driving off with my brand new car on Friday morning!! The transaction was smooth and had a great time with the guys!! IF you need a swweeet deal see Shelby Automotive

Very poor customer service. I have had my car 2 months and it has been in the shop 4 times already. Every time I call and ask to speak to Bob Shelby about the issues with the car and the RUDE sales manager I am given an excuse as to why I cannot speak with him.

Extremely disappointed in the way Shelby Automotive does business. AVOID AT ALL COST.



I live two hours away and wanted to purchase a vehicle, I drove down on a Sunday and liked what I saw. I called Monday morning to place a DEPOSIT on the truck so they could hold it until the next day. They refused my deposit because a woman was coming to look at the truck later that day. I asked if I drove down and purchased it Monday, If it would be ok. The salesman responded with Yes, first come first serve. The woman didn't buy the truck and the next day the price went up $1,000.



The reason for price increase is because they replaced a part and said "We don't want a truck with defects driving off our lot. The woman that drove it heard the noise in the steering so we replaced it."



That just proves they don't check the cars before they put them on the lot.

Bottom Line: I'm surprised they are a GM dealer, their ways of business is extremely crooked and unprofessional.
