This was the worst customer service experience of my life. He put the taps on my shoes last year, but ever since, one of the screws falls off every day I have tap class. I went in and first thing he said (rather rudely) was that he had never seen those shoes before in his life. I politely told him that if he checked his reciepts I promised that he had (to which he mocked me "oh you promise". Then I simply asked what was wrong with it and if he would fix it (I never ever said nor implied for free) and he started yelling "I dont know what you did to it". All I did was tap. I calmly told him that I wasn't trying to be rude, I just wanted to know that if I paid to fix the problem, what would be different than the first time to prevent this problem from happening again. He rudely YELLED "I am old man. You want or no want. I very busy" to which i said "sir i did but now I don't because you have been rude. Goodbye". Maybe this was a language issue but it hurt my feelings, as I never disrespect nor yell at anyone. I am so angry at him yelling at me while i remained polite that i felt compelled to write on here. Please avoid because that behavior should not be rewarded, and I assume that he is the reason that the tap shoe doesn't work in the first place. Terrible!!
If you have shoes that your feet have voted for, get them repaired here. Aron is a craftsman who does quality work at a very reasonable price. I'm glad that I found him online! He's been doing this work for 33 years in the Cleveland area!
