I had package #9341989687090016723886 delivered today. I have never had an experience like this before. It must not have been the regular guy for this area. It has been pouring rain all morning & no sign of letting up. The driver DID NOT place my package in plastic!!! I had books in this package!!! Please follow up on this matter to avoid any other complaints of this nature.
