Horrible customer service, and if they make your food incorrectly, do not expect them to fix it! My husband went through the drive thru to order two sandwiches, one of which was a turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, onions, mayo, oil, and salt & pepper. When he arrived home with the food, the above mentioned sandwich only had turkey, lettuce and mayo, and the bread was stale. So he took both sandwich and receipt back to the store to request another sandwich, made properly. The woman working had an attitude the moment he walked in, and offered to give him jalapenos and onions to add to the sub. That wasn't even everything that was missing! My husband had already used his gas and time to drive all the way back with the sandwich, so why should he have to add toppings to a sub that THEY made incorrectly?! My husband informed her that he would either like a sandwich that was prepared the way he ordered it, or he would like his money back. The woman took the sandwich and told him he would receive no new sandwich nor his money back because (among other inappropriate comments) "this is not walmart". My husband asked for the contact information of a manager or owner, so that he could make a complaint and request his money back. The woman gave him the cell phone number to the owner. My husband explained the situation to the owner, including that he had no sandwich and that they refused to give his money back. The owner shockingly reinforced what the cashier had told my husband, and said there would be no remake of the sub and no refund given, even excusing his employee's unprofessional behavior by saying she was rude and mistreated him because "she is having a bad day". This location already has dozens of horrible reviews and a rating of 1.9 on google; I wish we had looked into this before ordering! Your customers are the reason you are making money and to treat them with such blatant disrespect is appalling. For this location to have countless negative reviews and complaints, it is no wonder they continue to treat their customers so poorly; nothing is being done! This not only keeps customers away from this location, but leaves a bad taste in their mouths regarding all Subway restaurants.

As for a McDonald's it's a typical McDonald's. I have never had any serious issues at this McDonald's
Love Dairy Queen, grew up going there for ice cream. We were very excited to see it opening up in this area. We have had three bad experiences in a few weeks time. Won't be going back. They have not worked out the kinks yet.First visit - We waited in a line that went around the building for over 20 min just to find out the ice cream machine was down.Second visit - We ordered burgers, fries and chicken. The burgers were soggy, they put so much liquid toppings on it, it oozed out all over. The fries were super salty and soggy. They gave up zero napkins and the order was incorrect in many ways.Third visit - We waited over 20 minutes in line to get ice cream blizzards and the person taking the order was saying what our order was when we had not ordered yet. Then, when we got the blizzards, I immediately noticed it tasted different. The blizzards are suppose to be white ice cream with candy. They cheated and put syrup in it and mixed it up in there to make it seem more candy like and barely put any candy pieces in it. The choco syrup changed the taste of the blizzard. I did not like it. I like the vanilla ice cream. After three bad visits, we are no longer excited about it and will not go back again - ever.
