I just made my own bling customized bling case! I absolutely love it!! It matches my personality. The hard part was picking out a case out of the so many cases for my phone! The staff was so welcoming and prices on their accessories were very competitive. Will be back soon!
Great customer service from the sales rep, didn't feel pressured to buy anything while waiting for my phone to be repaired, which was done VERY fast!
If there were less than a 1-star, or even a negative star rating for this place, I would certainly use it. I stopped in this store on April 27, 2012 to purchase a car charger for my Evo and received absolutely pitiful service from one of the two salesman in the store. There were other customers in the store at the time so I went to the display on my own. He approached me shortly thereafter without so much as a hello. He simply asked in as gruff a tone imaginable what I was looking for. When I told him, he spat out, "well they don't ALL work on EVERY PHONE (really? what a shocker!!) What kind do you have?!" After a flippant "this one and this one and this one and this one but not this one will work", I chose the highest priced model they had in the store ($25), hoping the quality would be better and because it had a secondary input on it, and started to plug it into my phone. He then snatched my phone and the cord away from me and snapped "don't damage it!" What the what?!!! Today is June 13, 2012 and my high priced charger has not worked for over three weeks. The secondary outlet will work but the primary cord does not even register, so this afternoon I went back to the store to see if I could exchange it. There were no other customers in the store today but the sales girl, "Christina", did not even bother to get up off her stool when I walked in. Knowing this was going to be a pointless conversation from the start, I explained to "Christina" that I had purchased the charger a month or so ago and now it didn't work - could I get a replacement? She shot back that they didn't even carry that charger and had not done so in many months and that it was not returnable. She then suggested that I take the charger to a Sprint store where they would exchange it for me "since they carry those." Well, ok, you won't exchange a worthless product from your store in the interest of customer satisfaction, but why imply that I'm being untruthful about purchasing this item from your store? And why in the world would you suggest that I attempt the very thing you suspect me of doing with a store where I most certainly DID NOT buy this worthless piece of junk?I am a 44 year old Christian of above average intelligence; a reasonably articulate, appropriately dressed, local business owner. Do I really LOOK like I have nothing better to do with my time than to try and scam a retail store which targets the marginal citizen population who cannot or will not manage a cell phone program any other way than prepaid? What a sad excuse for customer service. I will never again darken their doorway and would advise others to avoid these haughty, arrogant, smirking people if at all possible. And today I believe I will buy myself an iPhone and go back to Verizon.
