Worlds worst police deparrtment!

There has been reports of robbery, tire slashings, and a stolen vehicle. NOTHING has been done.

My neighbor had her car stolen and even knew the name of the perpetrator. The officer and cheif never even took the plate number or her actual license?? The child who took the vehicle is 15 and has yet to be questioned by any authorities. The same boy who found a GUN in the perto express bathroom.
He is not licensed, has access to this vehicle, and I have children playing outside. I am scared to live here!
