we have used bell brothers since 2013 when we bought our house! We are a part of their customer rewards program and get our system updated and maintained twice a year! Great company!
My cousin used to work here and always seemed pretty positive about the place. They came and fixed our AC but the guy was a little pushy about signing up for extra services I didn't feel that I needed.
Our AC broke, we called they were out the next day. Very professional, up front about the cost. Walked us through the whole process to get the AC fixed
I've heard some bad things about this company so i would stay away. They all want to up sell you and make money on commission sales. I heard of a service tech that loosened the valve stem so the freon would leak out of the A/C,to comeback and sell them a new unit saying it was broke after he drained all the freon.

Trevor G was Great! He was friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain and show the problems my AC was having, and what future problems I might have and what options were available. He seemed very knowledgible in his field. Trevor didn't make me feel stupid with some of the questions I asked. He explained everything simply so I could understand. But what impressed me the most was that he didn't pressure me into anything or into any service I didn't need. Plus I didn't feel rushed like he was waiting to get to his next job. Making a customer feel like they are important is the best quality of a company and Trevor did just that!

Saturday, June 16, 2 pm -- it was 102 degrees in Orangevale and the temperature was climbing to 105. Our AC was out. We called Bell Brothers. They could come out Monday. The dogs were panting and my 18 year old cat was already showing signs of distress, I doubted she would make it until Monday. I didn't know what to do. Mark Bell arrived at our house on Sunday morning, Father's Day. He fixed the AC and gave us a lot of pointers that will help us in the future. Mark Bell is why Bell Brothers is a great company to do business with -- customer service, professionalism, knowledge and experience. Thank you Mark Bell, thank you Bell Brothers. We will be with you for a long time.

Anthony (the technician) came out and was very professional while doing the 'tune up' of our HVAC for $87/unit. He was very thourough but when he brought me the capacitors for both of the units he said that they weren't performing up to specs. Then he mentioned that the replacement part was $72 each. Now this is a GE part serial #97F5707 and 97F9002 (for the larger unit), which it turns out can be bought online (new) for $6-11. The labor was already paid for in the service so I find charging 10x what I can get the part for myself is very exorbitant. This kind of ""churning"" is so common when a company is presenting a ""value preventative maintainence service"". Bell Bros, I thought you might be above that but I guess not. Sorry, but I need to give you a D- for this RIP OFF!

Six years after we purchased our HVAC unit from Bell Brothers, we called on a holiday Sunday after a problem with the fan. They researched their records, informed us that we were still covered under warranty and were at our home within two hours to fix the minor problem. Gene H was on time, professional and courteous. Thank you Bell Brothers for the great service!

The service provided by Ed, the technician from Bell Bros. was outstanding. He phoned half an hour before arrival so we did not have to wait. He arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed why our air conditioning system was not working properly and made the required adjustments. Also, he was very helpful in providing tips for the system to work more efficiently. HIs explanations were clear and concise. He was able to tell us up front the approximate cost of the service. What's more, the company accepted a discount offer that had expired! We will recommend Bell Bros. to our friends and from now on, this is the only company we will call in the future to service our HVAC.

We had a heating and air conditioning installed by Bell Bros. about 4-5 years ago. It has been fantastic, house stays comfortable all of the time. We decided it needed a tune-up so we made an apppointment. The techbthat came out was Seth. He was very friendly, professional, explained all that he would be doing on the call and before he entered the house he put protective covers over his shoes...excellent. He did a great job of cleaning what I have neglected to do, and completed all of the work in great time. He left all of the area where he had worked CLEAN. I would, will and do reccomend Bell Bros. and now Seth to everyone. GREAT JOB!!!
I've had another great experience with Bell Brothers. I have a service contract that provides for twice a year visits to my home to supply preventive maintenance on both my heating and cooling systems.\n\nI've been impressed with all the service personnel that have maintained my A/C and Heating units.\n\nBell Brothers staff are knowledgable, honest and thorough. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to maintain, repair or update a heating cooking system.

This is the second time Anthony B. has done regular maintenance service on our heating/ac unit. He has been very thorough and took extreme care to always put on shoe covers every time he entered the house. Too many service reps (ie Comcast) don't take this simple step and tromp all through your house with their dirty shoes. Both times, Anthony took the time to explain everything to us. We have been pleased with Bell Bros since our unit was installed 3 years ago and hope that Bell Bros appreciates Anthony as a valued employee.

I have enjoyed using Bell Bros. Heating and A/C service for the past two years. They have provided competent service and I liked the monthly prepay plan that allows for seasonal checkups on my system. This takes the financial pain out of having to pay a large amount when the service tech shows up. Chewy V. just finished my A/C check and he proved again to be efficient, friendly, and thorough. I feel like I'm ready for the summer.

I have been using Bell Brothers for the past year and a half. I joined their VIP program and they come out twice a year and service my heating & A/C units. This time out Brent Gomez came out. He was very knowlegeable, polite and courteous. I had a scheduled appointment and Brent showed up on time. I received a call from the office telling me when Brent was on his way. Brent conducted the routine service in a timely manner and I am off to a summer without A/C problems.\n\nEvery time anyone from the company has come out they are ALL professional, clean and respectful. This is a great quality to have in any employees. It is nice to have a company with great employees.\n\nIt is nice to see a company in todays time that is all about customer service. You guys are hitting it out of the park. Keep up the good work.
