Horribly rude management that will intentionally insult you. Go to the beach just a bit further east where they actually care about their customers. I had requested my wife's credits be transferred to my account since she would no longer be using the salon. I asked the young girl to call the owner because I didn’t expect she would have the authority to honor that request. She instead called another girl who said she was the manager. I was handed the phone and condescendingly told "You know what, you go tan for free because you’re cheap". I said I don't want anything for free, that I've paid for tans in my wife's name and offered to have her come in to the store. Again, I asked to please speak to the owner because I felt I had a reasonable request and that the owner would likely agree. Next, the young girl at the front desk told me "your wife shouldn't have bought so many tans" before claiming to call the police as I sat and waited to speak with the owner. I decided to sit and wait for the owner, knowing that as long as I remained calm and reasonable, the police would not find a problem with me. After 15 or 20 minutes, the police nor the owner came to the store, so I left and explained that I would be writing about this experience on the internet. I had also recorded the audio during my visit for my own protection. About $50 in tans and they wouldn't allow even a partial transfer.
