Thought this would be a cool place to purchase a car after looking on the website. We were looking forward to test driving a few but the minute car door opened, the smell hit me like a brick.Smelled very bad of cats, like they had pissed on everything inside. We test drove 3 different cars , none of which didn't smell of cats, we couldn't get out of there fast enough. The outside of the cars looked nice plus a nice salesman, but something was foul.Sorry, I hate to be so negative and I'm not big on cats but this place smelled just like a nasty house over run with cats.We didn't see any cats, but it sure smelled like they had sprayed everything in there.
Went to dealer and met with sales person and drove car. I liked the car and Alex ran my credit and I was turned down and told he would run it at another place on Monday ( this began on the 24th of Feb.) I repeatedly called for answer then he starts texting me. He had some issues he had to take care of and tells me not to give up hope yet. I texted him like 10 more times and called etc.. Last time I spoke to him he tells me he will stay late to do my deal and call me in the morning and that he does not mind doing that for me. This is day 2 since I was told that and I have called all numbers and sent texts with no response. I even sent him a text explaining that all I need is a simple no if he can't do it. I got no response to any of my texts asking if I should give up. We are talking about probably 50 texts and at least 10 calls. Now I get no answer from any phone they have. They advertise guaranteed approval, guess that is correct because they never tell you they can't do it. The entire operation is a joke.....a 7 day wasted bad joke
Looked at Ford Explorers for a good 3 weeks. Seen that Touchdown had one for sale and it was way under dealer price and I thought it was to good to be true. I called and talked to Dan and setup a test drive for the next night. I drove the car and it was Mint! I did notice a rattle in the muffler and they said they would have it taken care of.All in all they are great guys with killer deals.
Looked at a 08 Ford explorer ( Black) and put down a $500 deposit and told them I was still looking around till the car was fixed. They didn't call so I bought the same car for $5000 less! I called them and told them I had bought a car and I would need my deposit back and they are not wanting to give the money back and stated that the $500 was to fix the car? I asked if they were even going to fix the car before selling it to someone else? I raised hell and i'm getting $400 dollars back. Run as far away as you can!
Thank you signature auto group for my 2008 ford taurus, best car buying experience i ever had, they treated me like family. Thanks Alex
Told my daughter she didn't have to have a down pymt then it was $ 500.00 down as soon as they found out I was going to give her the money for a down pymt (her mom) they told her they would need more down. What a way to rip off a single mom with a infant to care for.. great business practices.
Sold us a car..promised many things..delivered on none. Now here is sit with a car that is no good. Cracked windshield, mashed up key so it can't lock/unlock doors ...too many things to list.
Bought 2005 Ford escape three weeks later shock Is broke and rust falling out the right inner well. They or someone used undercoating to cover up the holes. Cost me over a 1000.00 dollars to repair. I initially went to talk to them, owner wasn't there, salesman said we don't know anything about that! After i had it repaired, I Went back to show them and see if they would do anything to help with paying for this, I didn't even get out of my car and they said get off our Lot! I did buy the vehicle as is, but the body man said there is no excuse for this, selling vehicles like this!
Bought a 2006 Ford Focus for $6,000. Year and a half later the frame is completely rusted-engine is ready to fall out of the car. Had to junk the car for $200. Will not do business with this company ever again.
Truly the worst auto purchasing experience I have ever encountered. It began with a fraudulent statement being made about a repair that needed to be done. I paid cash for the vehicle on a Thursday and was told I could pick up the title the following week, well here I sit on day 29 of my 30 day tags and still no title. The salesman that sold me the car is absolutely no help as all he does is ignore my calls or tell me to call another number. The second number at least called me back but once again has provided false information as to where the title is.
