I have found the staff here to be helpful and considerate. Guided me through situations when I was at a dead end. Have also deleted apps that were unnecessary or drained my battery without me knowing. I for one appreciate their advice. Keep up the good work!

HORRIBLE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" The two employees working here both times I've been here, did anything BUT help. They make customers feel like they are a nuisance and a bother to them. They are rude, condescending and their attitudes stink! They were the same way to my daughter as well. They wouldn't assist with a simple set up of an iPhone (which was bought from APPLE less than a year ago and I am the only VERIZON owner) because it wasn't bought at this particular store. They made her feel like she was stupid for even asking for their help. They have behaved like this MORE THAN ONE occasion. Why are these people employed by this store if they consistently treat Verizon customers this way for simply expecting them to do their job? Which is to knowledgably, professionally and politely assist VERIZON customers!! I had the same experience with both of these people at this store. DO NOT go to this store expecting anything but maybe a new phone and a crappy experience. At least two of these employees ARE IN SERIOUS NEED of SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING and they should also be reminded that they ARE replaceable!!!
