a driver was beyond incompetent to ring a door bell to deliver a package i paid extra for one day delivery from burberry. it was not delivered in one day, it was "delivered" the next day. i was home alllllll day and the driver did not ring my doorbell causing ups to loseeeee my $300 purchase that was a gift!!! the "supervisor " was no help and demanded me to call this call that and in the end she hung up on me!!!! burberry needs to get rid of ups. ups needs new competent drivers and supervisors that are professional and can do their job instead of giving their customers a run around!!!!!! not only is this the worsttttt place ever and ups sucks, i'm now not receiving my package until monday!!!!!!!!!! i . am. livid.
second time my package is no where to be found. delivered at 3:49pm, checked my front door around 3:53pm. nothing is there. second time i called UPS costumer care and they said, " it wouldn't happen again, sorry." Great service!!! Thank you UPS.
