The Practices will share your medical information as necessary in order to carry out your treatment, obtain payment for the services provided to you and to operate their health care facilities. The Practices are also affiliated with the TriHealth hospitals which include Bethesda Hospital and its locations and The Good Samaritan Hospital of Cincinnati and its locations, and TriHealth Hospital, Inc. and its locations (â€œHospitalsâ€ ). Emergency Care
Depending on your specific symptoms and situation, the answering service staff will advise you to call 9-1-1, go to a hospital emergency room, go to an urgent care facility, or schedule an appointment with your Group Health physician the next business day.

Group Health also provides expert physical therapy for women of all ages. Immunizations
To protect patient confidentiality, Group Health is required to obtain a Medical Records Release form â€“ signed and dated by the patient â€“ for the release of medical records, including X-rays and immunization records.

Gynecology
At Group Health, the patient, physician, NPs and PAs collaborate as a team in meeting a patient's medical needs. Group Health NPs practice in internal medicine, pediatrics and obstetrics/gynecology. They help provide a patient's gynecological care, prenatal care and contraceptive counseling, as well as episodic problem evaluation and treatment.
Obstetrics
When she found out she was pregnant, both her fertility specialist and her best friend recommended Group Health for obstetrics. After delivering a healthy baby girl, she chose a Group Health pediatrician. When it came time to add to her family, she turned again to her Group Health obstetrician. Now she takes both her daughter and new son to the Group Health office in Western Hills.

Lung Cancer
Experienced professionals at Group Health use X-rays to evaluate fractures and diseases of the skeletal system. X-rays are also useful for diagnosing diseases in soft tissues such as congestion, pneumonia or lung cancer in the chest, or intestinal obstruction, free air or fluid in the abdomen.

Ultrasound uses sound waves to look at organs and structures within the body. Experienced professionals at Group Health use ultrasound imaging technology to evaluate fetal development during pregnancy, as well as diagnose disease and internal disorders of other body systems.

You may receive separate bills for reading of x-rays or for some lab services performed in a Group Health facility. These charges are from providers that your doctor has asked to review your results â€“ such as a pathologist or radiologist.
