Absolutely the best dentist!

I went to them for an extreme toothache and really needed a root canal. But the dentist took care of it and my pain.

DR. HOPE WATSON IS THE BEST DE...

DR. HOPE WATSON IS THE BEST DENTIST EVER. I have never had such a thorough, insightful consultation as she gave. She answered every question and explained every aspect of my situation in easy to understand terms, and yet did not back down from higher medical concepts, dumb it down, or leave anything off the list. And I have never had a dentist deal with soft tissue concerns (like tonsil health or mouth cancer) before. Very refreshing.

Pressure 2 Xray

If you choose this dentist because they are under the age of 30 and working in a new, plush, expensive office, BEWARE. Even though recent research by the American Dental Association indicates that the average patient over the age of 55 does NOT need extensive, costly, unhealthy, x-rays, Dr. Shanks was unnecessarily push about my need for a panoramic x-ray. I agreed to simple butterfly x-rays, but since I don't have dental insuracne,; don't have any problems with gums (as she agreed); don't have any problems with teeth (as she agreed)...I said "No" to more! She was vindictive about my decision. Further attempts to discuss the matter on the phone ended with her hanging up on me. YET, the office continues to send me emails and postcards about returning. THAT'LL BE THE DAY!
