My truck completely stopped on me and wouldn't start. When I call they were extremely nice, had someone out fast. Tyer Bate was the one who picked me up with my truck. He was super friendly and great at keeping a conversation. He even helped me start up the truck. It was in all a great experience, the best I've had with a towing company. Would definitely recommend it.

I have had need of towing a few times in my life but never experienced the service and professionalism that H&H Towing displayed.

My vehicle was pulled into my driveway, backend toward the street, and is front wheel drive.My key wouldn't enter the ignition, which meant that I was unable to put my car in neutral and the reason I needed assistance. I called H&H towing and Ben arrived before the ETA. I saw he had a standard tow truck and thought for sure I was going to need a flat bed. I addressed this concern with him and he assured me his truck could handle the job. He educated me on how he planned to address my concern with skates and made a quick call to have some brought to him. James, his associate, arrived with the skates and placed them under my wheels. Ben then pulled my car out of the driveway to position it in a way that he could hook to the front and, when he did, off we went. On the trip to the dealership, we spoke about his company, the training that he receives, and how different vehicles can be with regard to towing needs.
In other towing experiences, I would wait for hours for someone to arrive. It felt as though my car and I were unimportant and, sometimes, an imposition but, with H&H, the skill and expertise shown with my car made me feel secure and more than "just a customer". When presented the problem of my car's position, Ben was quick with a mechanically safe solution. So yes, this 5 star review is very much accurate and should I need a tow in the future, I will most definitely be calling them. They have made a customer for life and I will surely be telling all I know!!! Thank you H&H!!!!

Husband got stuck in Knoxville on a trip. I got online (in Indiana) and contacted Ben~VERY PROFESSIONAL. We were worried about tearing up our truck! Ben was VERY careful NOT to put a scratch on it! He drove several miles to the location! Would call again in a heart beat! HIGHLY recommend!

H & H Towing and Recovery is the best! Ben and his workers will take care of you when you get in a bind. They are very loyal and courteous and I know I can always count on them. I would never use another tow company. Thank you Ben for taking care of my kids and me when we needed it!

We locked ourself out of the car with a cart full of groceries on the weekend. One call to H&H towing and Ben showed up within 15 minutes and was friendly and fast getting our car open again so we could get back on the road. He was extremely reasonable with price-- especially considering it was a Sunday. Will definitely use again if we ever need a tow or lock service. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I never put forth the effort in writing reviews. However, this company is very much worth my time. The two times I have encountered H&H, Ben has made me feel like I was his family. I know everyone says that and it sounds as corny as can be--but this is actually true. I happened to wreck my car on US129 and I experienced nothing short of fantastic service. He wasn't sure if I was the one who called him, or if someone else did. The company who was supposed to come get me LEFT ME STRANDED on the side of the road after discovering I needed a flatbed, not a hook. Ben waited more than 2 hours with me for my ride to show up, and told me he would haul me if my guy did not show up. Although he did not tow me that night--he has done every single one of my tows since then, and will continue to be the only one to haul my vehicles because of his top-notch service. I am so very impressed with his business that I am posting this review anywhere I think people will see it!

Ben met me immediately and towed my car from Knoxville to southwest Maryville for under $100. I would definitely recommend!
