        This insurance company failed to provide the services that they claim to cover. They seemed ignorant and uneducated and were unable to answer questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend obtaining insurance with another company. I had several policies with Allstate however when things went awry they left me to pay thousands of dollars in expenses in which they were supposed to cover. Allstate tried to weasle their way out in every way they could think of. I have since switched insurance companies (with an even lower rate) with lower deductibles as well.
