We go through the DT here often and tonight, 10/17/16, we were given the best Customer Service I've ever had at this location. The young man's name was Christian and he was working DT window #2. Thank you Christian keep up the good work young man!
My experience was terrible. I went to this taco bell at 12 30 on a sunday and got a 5 layer, a free taco that i had a coupon for and a large water. This woman was very rude. She told me that it costed 4.60 to which i asked why it was so much that she told me because the water she charged for a small water for a 1.20. So when i asked her to take it off for two small free waters it went down to 1.16 so i dont know how it all added up to 4.60 with tax. Afterwards to find out they put rice on my five layer and lettuce on my taco that i told her specifically not to. So i exerienced her being rude, messing up the total and my order. Dont reccomend anyone going to this taco bell.
I have had alot of complaints to this stores manager. It's always about the chicken tenders. The complaint has to do with the quality. When I order, (drive thru) the chicken tenders, I always specified that I want them fresh. Only once after I talked to a manager, did I get them fresh. Today, when I ordered, I again specified I want them fresh. Again they were burnt and dry. I tried to call the store with the phone number on the receipt, several times and all I got was a ringing phone that eventually went to a noise. That sounded like a fax machine. The number I called, 865-982-6937. I will never go to a Hardees again!!
Tonight, I don't get to eat a meal I paid for. I am in food service myself. (Maybe why I have great reviews, I actually care). I ordered 4 drinks, 4sides, and 4 sandwiches. Over $30.. I ended up with 3 drinks, 3 sandwiches, and 2 sides..... that was expensive! Stay away!
I went to the Maryville location today, ordered a tray and sweet tea, my hamburger was not the one I ordered, the fries were old, my sweet tea wasn't sweet..... This place use to be good .. Not any more!!
I have stopped at this McDonalds 2 times this week. I got a Sausage Egg biscuit on Tuesday. The biscuits were burnt. I didn't find this until I got to work. I just bought another one this morning and is was so burnt I threw it away. My advice is to find another McDonalds!
Watched 5 people walk out waiting on service. The food was horrible. Employees just standing around talking. When I finally got my order after 40min the order was wrong and had to wait another 40 min to get it corrected. Won't ever eat there again.
Worst customer service. I waited over 15 minutes for my order. I ordered two Frito burritos, with sour cream. The manager asked if I had gotten my food yet (she was a little rude). When I finally got something it was the wrong thing, they gave me two 5 layer burritos and cinna twist. I didn't even get the sour cream I paid for. I like eating taco bell, but I will never be at this taco bell again. Just terrible!
First of all, the staff is excellent in customer service: Bill, Jesse and Taylor. The owner of this franchise does not deserve them. Went in on a Saturday...Big sign on the cash register: Out of Tomatoes. Are you kidding me? There's two grocery stores a couple blocks away! Big mistake on the owners part to not spend anymore than he has to. Also, $5.89 for a small veggie?? I can get a footllong at Subway for $5.00 AND I get a wide choice of bread selections, plus Subway has pepper jack cheese ALL the time. These buns are way smaller and dry too and you can only choose from white or wheat at Firehouse. Wow...the owners have lost my business because they are too cheap to cater to the customer. It must be all about them...
They have the best, most fresh nacho cheese sauce ever! It's very consistent too. Yummy every time I go.
