How COULD this happen!? Called to upgrade our service, and our telephone number was inadvertently changed, no wonder our phone wasn't ringing. Was told we would not get our number back after years of service. All that was offered was an apology, are you kidding!? What if Publishers Clearing House was trying to reach us? Totally incompetent!
Since October I've had six visits from technicians who can never find a problem with our service. Every day we lose service at least five times. One day I counted 11 times, no cable, Internet, or phone service. I was told last week that a supervisor would be calling me, that has yet to happen. We spend hard earned money every month for something that only works when it wants to. Being that we are in a townhouse our options are limited otherwise I'd switch providers.
